Dear Friends,
I am so glad you have come to join us at the 7th Annual Walk to Remember. Today is a special day, as we gather together to celebrate our children, whom we love so much. Our babies died far too soon, and are sadly missed.
Today is bittersweet! Sad that our babies died and not physically with us here today, but joyous as we remember the love they brought into our hearts. If only for an instant. Today is their day, because they are real, they are wanted and above all they are loved.
Be gentle to yourselves as we take this walk today, for the steps our babies will never get a chance to take. Take a moment to feel your baby's presence, and know that he/she is watching over us, so proud that we are strong enough to walk in their honor today, and sending their love with every step we take.
